DONT WORRY!! We provide an additional deep clean service – this uses extremely strong chemicals which break down locked emulsion and old ink stains. If you think your screens are too messy for a standard clean & re-coat you can purchase this service at an additional cost.
Please note that this is an ADD-ON service to be used in conjunction with our SCREEN EXPOSURE SERVICE. This price is PER SCREEN. Please make sure all wet ink is removed from the mesh before posting your screen. Our chemical cleans are designed to remove dried in emulsions and inks therefore any wet ink left on the screen could hinder a perfect result.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT
- Tape on the screen. We can’t accept screens with tape on. The tapes are difficult to remove and often leaves a residue of adhesive which needs much more time to remove.
- Plastisol ink on screen. Please clean this off before sending. If it is present, we will re-package the screen and send back.
SMALL PRINT Deep clean services are taken at the owners risk. During this process we use a variety of professional chemicals designed to break down hardened emulsions and ink haze. While we do have a 98% success rate, in some cases it is possible for the mesh to split due to the mesh weakening over time. This is a rare occurrence and can be prevented by taking extra care with the mesh at all times. We would advise an absolute MAXIMUM of 5 deep chemical cleans per screen. By purchasing this product you agree to the above warning and take full responsibility for any damages.
